All customisation is absolutely complimentary. It's best not to crop or alter the pictures to maintain their quality, as our technology will handle this seamlessly.

No orders are processed until payment is received in full. 

Occasionally personalised items can be delayed due to quality of images or if we do not receive them within 24 hours.

We have two options available to send us your images:

• Sending via WhatsApp
  which we find to be the most user-friendly and efficient method for collaborating with our customers to produce top-notch images. Please whats app your images to: 07587 523 516 along with your order number.
